ANEMONES OF GREECE

Hear me when I speak to you!

You may be behind the wire fence,

But you are still growing and flourishing!

Do not cease to exist and grow!

The wire can't hold you back.

The other foreigners don't know.

So, spread like the beautiful wildflowers, 

That you are- Almost holy,

Like a glance of anemone by far.

You are my one and only.
