Gone are the rotten vines of fruit 

For me to eat without you

Gone are the snakes that prey upon you

And me tiredly to plan a new home

Adam and Eve may have faced 

A similar plight in their impending doom

They had everything but a snake toiled

And took them out of The Garden of Eden

A plan for a new home

But one bite of the apple 

They had to find a new home

The talking snake just laughed & slithered

Away 

Why did Eve listen to a heathenous thing?

Why did she deliver an apple?

Why Adam take a bite?

Oh original sin!

Why did she listen?

What if they never had a bite of the apple?

What if things were different
