I'm here to save music and poetry

Words and rhyme and sonnets

Language and transition

Current dismay and messy offset

Flow and current waves dismissed

I'm still here to save the day

I don't wear spandex or a cape

I don't have any physique to regard

I don't have any muscle except my brain 

And my heart 

In the dark blood filled circulatory system

In my body 

I'm still here to save the day

I just use my heart and my brain

And have my way

What I do lasts for some days

And it nourishes my soul

Hopefully it flourishes within you
