I realize certain things are not my business

I realize evil people need the most love

And prayer- I forgive for the sake 

Of my status of being and chi.

I forgive because I have been forgiven 

And I'd rather take care of myself 

And worry about me

But I have cared for many people 

Besides myself and cared for their well

Being- and that makes me - me! 

And I only hope I'm deserving 

Of God's mercy

I only hope I'm worth his mercy

And that is my only hope
