Everyday Step by Step

You can take everything so literal

And matter of fact and analyze

You can say what I mean is craziness

And that is fact

But I proclaim

I have had virtues with my abstract

Confessionals - I healed my pain

I'm no longer sour and sore or tortured

I'm sure I'm okay and I'm fine

I'm feeling great today

I take everything day by day

And step by step

I realized that I needed to vent

I hear the crazy noises through the vents

And I'm okay

I healed myself through prayer

I thank God everyday
