a prayer for my mom

Dear God,

I humbly and gratefully thank you for giving me my mother. You must really love me because you sent me the greatest one.

Please watch over her and make realize she is much more than a mother. And I am grateful and thankful to be her son.

She had to sacrifice so much for me.

It isn't easy to make plans when you have to raise a young man. It isn't easy for her to be happy and relaxed. With so much everyday to do. But she has done so much for me. And I want to thank her. I want to thank you. Please keep her safe where ever when we part and pass and go.

I'll be lonely without her. But I will cherish her scent and her laugh and her home spun wisdom. She is the greatest mother.

And I just wanted you to know.
