The Glorious One

Some of us tend to be nocturnal

Some of us lend from ourselves

Some of us mend our mistakes

Some of us follow trends 

And look for mates

Some of us look for friends

Some of drink at the bars

Wish upon stars and befriend snakes

Some of us plot and steal

Some of reveal and seal our stories

Some of us heal from our scars n bruises

Some of us only live for glory

You should live for the Glorious One

You should trust in the Glorious one

You should feel glorious for loving

The Glorious One

Some of us tell times of when we were ridiculed.

Some of us tell of times when we were abused and used.

Some of us paint pictures of flowers or take photographs.

Some of reveal a layer of of our soul and others hide behind their creation

Only reveal what they lack 

Of glorious inspiration or funds 

Or character or something knowing

What they lack of is the divine inspiration

And the pursuit of the holiness

You should live for the Glorious One

You should trust in the Glorious one

You should feel glorious for loving
