I live and die

The world keeps spinning and turning/ The sunshine comes as does the moonlight/ The forest and the leaves on the trees are burning/ Comets fly across the sky/ While White and Black men fight over century old quarrels/ And I can't take anymore/ I sigh/ I cry/ I die a thousand times/ Children are motherless/ Mothers without their less than behaved kids and their well deserved pensions/ Nurses without big grande mansions/ And teenagers are raping their teachers/ I sigh/ I cry/ I've died a thousand times/ Just to come to life/ As a child/ I've lived many lives/ I once lived as a woman/ I once lived as a slave/ I once lived as preacher/ And every time I think I am unscathed/ I die/ I live to only cry and sigh
