Magnificent

If we took the time we took for lesser things we would create the finest song or poem. The most glorious film or marvel of invention. The most beautiful things.

We would reinvent culture. We would be refined. We lost our faith in humanity and this only reaffirms my hope in others. 

But we must take the time. There needs to be a return to civility and elegance. There needs to be things that make you think. Something extravagant. Something fabulous. Something complex. Something intricate. We need to be sensitive to everyone's needs and also don't censor ourselves. Something magnificent.

Something exciting. Something relevant to everyone with all do respect. Can you write a novel? Can you take a picture? Can you make home out of a hovel? Can you craft sculpture? Isn't everyone these days. 

If only we did something different.

Take our skills and learn something new.

Work with our hands and minds.

Do something magnificent.
