Here came Covid-19

Here I go into quarantine

Here comes masks and face shields

I sanitize my hands religiously

I make my appointment for this miracle vaccine

Here I go into quarantine

My life has been like a quarantine since before Covid

Now I want to go outside and feel the sunshine

I practice social distancing

You can disagree or agree

I am waiting for this quarantine to be over

And live again
